  13.          Tourism, petroleum refining, and offshore finance are the mainstays of the
  14.          economy. The islands enjoy a high per capita income and a well-developed
  15.          infrastructure as compared with other countries in the region. Unlike many
  16.          Latin American countries, the Netherlands Antilles has avoided large
  17.          international debt. Almost all consumer and capital goods are imported, with
  18.          the US being the major supplier.
